The Platform supports advanced DeFi operations, crypto portfolio tools, and governance through the XMAQ token. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set the rules for your use of the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t proceed with using the Platform.
To use the Platform, you need to be 18 or older, or of legal age in your jurisdiction to sign binding agreements. You must not be restricted by laws related to cryptocurrencies, blockchain, AI, or financial services. You’re responsible for following all relevant laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) rules.
You agree to use the Platform legally and follow these Terms. Since the Platform is non-custodial, you control your wallet, private keys, and assets, and you’re fully responsible for keeping them secure. Any loss from unauthorized access is on you. Don’t try to harm the Platform through actions like hacking or spreading malware. If you find security issues, report them via our bug bounty program instead of exploiting them. We can suspend or block your access if you break these Terms or threaten the Platform’s safety.
The Platform offers AI-driven DeFi and Web3 tools, all with inherent risks.
AI DeFi Tools: AI agents handle tasks like token trading, cross-chain transfers, staking, yield strategies, lending, and borrowing, based on your inputs or preset plans. These come with risks from smart contract flaws, network fees, or protocol issues, and we don’t guarantee results.
Portfolio Management: Tools help you monitor and optimize your crypto assets with market insights, but they’re informational only, not financial advice.
XMAQ Token: The XMAQ token pays for AI transactions and lets you vote on protocol updates. Governance involves risks, and we’re not liable for outcomes.
Bug Bounty: We reward responsible vulnerability reports, with details on the Platform.
Third-Party Links: Connections to wallets, DEXs, or blockchains follow their own rules, and we’re not responsible for their performance.
Cryptocurrencies, including XMAQ tokens, are volatile, and blockchain transactions are permanent. Smart contracts may have bugs, and regulations may change. You accept all these risks.
You control your cryptocurrencies, private keys, and XMAQ tokens. We don’t hold or manage them. Secure your wallet and keys, as we’re not responsible for losses from errors, theft, or hacks.
AI tools rely on algorithms that may not always be accurate. They may process public blockchain data, which could link to your identity, and you accept this risk. AI outputs are for information only, not financial or legal advice. You make your own decisions based on these tools.
We audit our systems to improve security, but risks remain. Our bug bounty program rewards ethical vulnerability reports, with details on the Platform. No platform is 100% secure, and we’re not liable for losses from breaches or exploits. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. We’re not liable for any damages, including loss of funds or data, from using the Platform or third-party services.
All Platform content—text, images, code, AI models, and smart contracts—is owned by or licensed to XMaquina.net. You can’t copy or share it without our written permission, except as allowed by law.
These Terms follow Delaware, USA law. Any disputes will go through binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association in Wilmington, Delaware. You agree to this process and location. You’ll indemnify us against claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) from your use of the Platform, breach of Terms, or violation of others’ rights.
We may update these Terms, posting changes here with a new “Last Revised” date. Continued use means you accept the updates. Check this page often. We can limit or end your access anytime, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for other reasons. On termination, your access stops, but key Terms (e.g., liability, indemnity) stay in effect.
